We design beautiful charcuterie boards, grazing tables, fruit platters, crudités platters, and other curated food experiences for weddings, corporate events, and more.
For larger events or specialized needs, we offer full service including food, bar & beverage, floral, rentals, and service staff.
We also host workshops (e.g. how to build charcuterie boards) and cooking classes, mentoring/coaching, and community‐focused programs.

We serve all of Los Angeles County, offering charcuterie catering, grazing tables, and delivery services for private and corporate events. Our local service areas include Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Malibu, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Long Beach, and Downtown Los Angeles.
We also cater special events across Coastal Southern California, including:
Orange County: Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Irvine, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, and Anaheim
San Diego County: La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas, Carlsbad, and San Diego
Santa Barbara County: Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta, and Santa Ynez Valley
Across all locations, we provide charcuterie board delivery, grazing table setups, and full-service event catering for weddings, celebrations, and corporate gatherings.

You can order directly through our online shop for catered orders or boards. For larger events, workshops, or if you need customization (food + bar + floral + rentals etc.), you can inquire through our website.

Our experience spans birthday parties, engagement celebrations, bridal and baby showers, anniversaries, grand openings, holiday parties, fundraisers, networking events, product launches, open houses, styled shoots, and community gatherings.
While we’re best known for our artisan cheese, charcuterie boards, and grazing tables, our full-service catering also canapés, crudité platters, sandwich and slider trays, fruit displays, dessert spreads, and more — all crafted with Southern hospitality, Coastal Italian flair, and the vibrant freshness of California cuisine.
Beyond catering, we host interactive workshops, culinary retreats, food styling classes, private chef experiences, and creative community events designed to bring people together through artful food presentation and shared connection.

Yes — absolutely! At Stems, we offer a variety of immersive culinary experiences that go beyond just food delivery.
We host charcuterie workshops, where you’ll learn how to design and build cheese and meat boards, craft beautiful arrangements, and combine flavors.
Our tasting events and cooking classes teach techniques for pairing cheeses, building grazing tables, and styling food presentations.
These offerings are ideal for food lovers, hosts planning events, or anyone who wants to elevate their entertaining skills.

Small orders can often be accommodated the same day.
Large orders ($1,000+) require at least 72 hours’ notice.
Custom events require a minimum of 10 days’ notice. We may be able to accommodate requests with less lead time, but an additional rush fee will apply.
During peak seasons and holidays, we book up quickly, so we recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your date.

We do not supply tables or linens directly, but we’re happy to connect you with our trusted rental partners if you need them.

For drop-off and standard catering orders, we can provide disposable serving utensils upon request. Plates, napkins, and guest utensils are available for an additional cost.
For full-service catering, all necessary serving utensils are included.

Standard Orders
Cancellations made 20 days or more before the event receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 3–19 days before the event receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.
Full-Service Catering
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Final payment is due 15 days prior to the event.
If cancelled after the 15-day mark, no refund will be issued.
If cancelled before the 15-day mark, funds may be transferred to a future event.
Exceptions
Special exceptions may apply in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Yes! We provide charcuterie and catering delivery across Southern California.
We deliver to Pasadena, Los Angeles, Glendale, Burbank, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Malibu, and surrounding areas.
For larger events, we also serve Orange County, San Diego, and Santa Barbara.
Delivery fees vary based on distance, delivery time, and order size.
